Good friend of mine passed by this -
No other cars were involved and no nearby guardrails but there is debris all over. Possible engine explosion? Driver is ok, wrapped in a blanket and appeared to be shaken up.

Buddy mentioned that it smelled awful, worse than just burning car, so it's possible. I dunno what E85 smells like when it's burning.
